This lady was charging me an estimate of $10,000 a month from January to May of 2025 with a total of over $53,000 that was given to her and she didn't finish the job. She knew my financial situation and right before trial she demanded $10,000. Long story short she decides not to work out a payment arrangement and relieves herself as my lawyer. Her actions were detrimental to my case. These judges and lawyers do favors for each other and of course the parent that shows up without a lawyer is the one that looses when you have a judge doing favors for the lawyer they know. This lawyer was more concerned on getting paid than getting the job done. She was always working last minute on my case, wasted my money by requesting records she wasn't planning on using. She also has no experience with the Riverside county family court and wasted more of my resources. She's not organized with her work. After speaking to other attorneys i was told she acted unethical. She's definitely not worth the $500 an hour she's charging when she asking the same questions over and over. Her reviews are old and do not represent who she is. She gets mad at her clients for asking questions. She knew she couldn't win the case and continued to charge more and more money. Her advice turned out to be not good advice. I do not recommend her. This review is long overdue. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Ms. Moranda and her incredible legal assistant, Olga. From the moment I contacted their office, their communication was strong, clear, and direct. They took the time to educate me and guide me through an extremely stressful and time-sensitive situation. I was facing a high-stress ex parte hearing with less than 24 hours’ notice. After calling around, no local attorneys were available—except Ms. Moranda. She worked tirelessly, well into the evening and night, to prepare for my early morning court appearance. She showed up prompt, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s clear she knows her craft and genuinely cares about the work she does. Not once did I feel like just another case. I felt heard, supported, and important throughout the process. Thanks to Ms. Moranda’s dedication and expertise, the ex parte ruling went in my favor, and our case was ultimately resolved without ever needing to go further. Most importantly, I was able to keep my children home with me. I truly hope I never need legal help again, but if I do, there’s no question I’ll return to Ms. Moranda. She set the standard. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a sharp, compassionate, and dedicated family law attorney.

Mrs. Moranda is an amazing attorney who truly cares about her clients and the outcome of each case. She represented me in a high - conflict custody case involving domestic abuse and false allegations of parental alienation.
