I have had the privilege of knowing Lindsey and, peripherally, watching her work for the past several years on an intense, often complex and emotionally challenging custody case, involving a family I care deeply about. Lindsey, at all times, and under extreme duress from the opposing party, kept her professionalism, was organized, compassionate and direct, and refused to unnecessarily "run up a bill". This case included many instances wherein Lindsey herself came directly under bizarre attacks and accusations by the opposing party, and she remained objective no matter what was thrown at her. Her sole focus was the welfare of the children in question, and the delivery of justice. Lindsey invests heavily in her clients and their stories, and is beyond reproach in her dedication to both the legal and moral implications of each case. She is astute, intelligent, warm and no-nonsense at the same time. Highly recommend, however, please be aware that because she is so effective, she tends to be booked out months at a time.

I was very very dissatisfied with Ms. Dupuis. She seemed too busy to adequately represent me. I rarely heard from her and when we did discuss my case she recommended I concede to everything my ex-husband’s lawyer suggested. After consulting with another lawyer I became aware of how much she didn’t do for me. I should have dropped her and found another lawyer even if it meant paying another retainer bc I wouldn’t have lost so much in my divorce. I never once received a monthly report of how my retainer was spent and when all was finished Ms. Dupuis had the audacity to send me a bill! If it weren’t so terrible and me so sad by my colossal loss I would be angry and want to sue Ms. Dupuis for some kind of compensation. At this point I just want to forget,
