Attorney Fozard is amazing! I have a very high conflict post divorce, resulting in continued litigation. I determined my original lawyer wasn’t working in my best interest anymore or putting any effort into my case. The first thing that appealed to me was Attorney Fozard and as a Veteran. As a Veteran myself, this immediately appealed to me. After speaking with Attorney Fozard & discussing my case, I was sure he was the guy for me. Attorney Fozard since taking over my case almost a year ago, has been objective & honest. If I was asking for something not attainable, he was honest & took the time to explain why, rather than doing it and just taking my money & essentially throwing it down the toilet. He is very responsive & keeps me updated whenever there is a new development related to my case. This is something that was very important to me as I am 2 hours from the county the case is in. He is an excellent lawyer, professional in court & will not let the opposing counsel talk in circles to confuse the issues at hand. He does his research, quotes applicable statues & is genuine.
