Lauren (Engle) was an incredible resource and extremely kind. I followed her when she moved to Children First. She was very honest with me in the beginning that my case could go either way and to not have high expectations, but that she thought it was worth pursuing. She helped me understand how different choices might affect my case, but made it clear that in the end I was in control of how we did things, which was really important to me considering how low the opposing client was willing to go. I never felt decieved or pressured in any way. I highly recommend Lauren and am very glad I got matched with her. I'm at attorney in Kauai, and consulted with Krista Nash as a result of my ex-wife moving my kids from here to Kauai. Many attorneys will tell you what you want to hear, and see nothing but $$$ signs when speaking with potential clients. I found Ms. Nash to be refreshingly honest, and she earned my respect by not being afraid to tell me things that I didn't want to hear. Going through a divorce is not easy, but Krista helped me tremendously throughout the process. It was a tough divorce because of the complexities involved and the unique solutions we were trying to find. Krista focused primarily on finding the best outcome for my 2 children which was my main desire. She was great at keeping me looking at the big picture - not sweating the small things while still fighting my corner when we needed to bare our teeth.
