Todd is a good man and an excellent lawyer. He was instrumental in my family winning a very difficult multi-year legal battle where previous lawyers were ineffective. Very responsive, listened carefully, and billed fairly. He detailed the pros and cons of potential actions, how much of a risk options held and the likelihood of success. I always felt that the case was progressing. He was also GREAT at oral arguments (I believe that's the terminology), really effective at thinking on his feet.
