Best doctors and lawyers often lose their licenses. Daniel is a great attorney. He represented me a few years ago. It’s a shame he’s not available now. I would hire him again and strongly recommend him to others. His style was strong and compassionate, non compromising when it came to getting the results I personally needed. He did not pressure me to do things I did not feel comfortable with protecting my interests. Daniel aligned with my values providing accurate representation. Legal advice he gave me still helps me and protects me from other bad lawyers giving terrible advice out of poor judgment or personal gain. If Daniel still has the desire to practice law I hope he comes back. Thank you Daniel.

I'm actually working with this law office on for MVA. There has been very communication. No checking in me, no real guidance or instructions. They are terrible at returning phone calls. And I haven't even called much. Wish I would have chosen a different law firm It's clear we are just another number to them...ugh Medicare approvals have needed and there has been long delays. I do not recommend this office at all. I still haven't actually spoken to attorney signed to my case.

Unfortunately Daniel McCormick is not a good person and a worse lawyer, very unprofessional. He will not ever get back to you and see the end will simply take your money and disappear. He is currently being sued for malpractice. Do yourself a favor and keep your distance. He knew how broke I was and just made my case worse than it was by not doing anything and not telling me anything, seriously, it's been a year since this all started and nothing has happened in my case accept my asking what's going on and me being ignored. So now I'm stuck hiring two lawyers one for my family law issue and one to get my money from him and with money I don't even have, I'll be passing for this mistake forever. He made my situation worse. I really wonder about these good reviews I've read. Good luck to you!!

This attorney does not return phone calls. He offered his services, took all my documents and has not returned them after numerous phone calls and text messages to his personal mobile phone.

Im very disappointed I didn't read these reviews before I made my decision. Choosing Mr. McCormick to represent me during my divorce/child custody was the worst mistake I ever made. Completely unprofessional, he ruined my case he mislead my case never responded my calls nor emails. Stay away!! I paid 5 grand for nothing....HONESTLY. Use your money on someone who actuallys has concern in your matter.

Dan is an incredible family law attorney. I refereed my father to him and my dad got a great result in his divorce. Attorney's in the know refer their family members to Dan.

Daniel is very professional and smart, he helped me settle an auto claim and he was very responsive and professional, I have recommended him to friends and family and they were very satisfied with the results.
