Canceled appointment due to lawyer held over in court. The thing is, my case is time sensitive. They said nothing until the time of the appointment. That's time I could have been scouting another lawyer, had they let me known when they knew. They didn't suggest I talk to another lawyer on their team, and it shouldn't be on me to suggest it. Didn't think of it til a bit after the call. The whole reason I reached out to this firm is the perfect rating. Yet, they're trying to set me up with a lawyer rated 5.8 on Avvo. Seems pretty sketch! At least, they communicated on time, 2 stars for that. I'll edit this based on how it goes Monday ^Original review. Update: They are now 15 minutes late on calling me back on the re-schedule. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, being busy and whatnot; but, any reputable firm manages such things punctually. At best, it does not reflect well. Are they late to court cases? File things after deadline? Is this their 1st hand attention to detail? Blowing off your clients is exceedingly poor practice. Next!

After cps took my kids I called Levey law group and that was almost the biggest mistake I ever made. my first lawyer from them was a joke he didn’t do anything and charged me a lot of money. Then on my first court date he never showed up and came up with 3 different excuses on why he didn’t. Then he charged me thousands of dollars for the day he didn’t show up for court. Then I had to fight Levey law group to get back a little bit of money. Then Levey law group put Irma Ozegovic on my case which was the best thing that ever happened in this case. Levey law continued to give pour service but Irma still was there to help me through it. Irma then moved to story law and I fallowed. Irma is a very good lawyer and I would recommend her to everyone

I can’t say enough good things about this firm. When I was in the hospital with severe brain trauma I was served divorce papers in the intensive care unit at harborview hospital, I had to scramble to get a lawyer so my wife would not steam roll over me when I could barely form a sentence, let alone make a life altering decision. I picked a national chain law firm out of tacoma. After $10,000 dollars which was complete disaster and they got nothing accomplished. I was clearly just a pay check. After bouncing me around three different lawyers within their firm, each time having to go through reorientation again, I Got Irma. I could tell right away that she was a bulldog and was going to get things done. Irma left that firm (thankgod) and signed on with Storylaw in Bellevue and was able to take my case with her. Her Cassandra treated me like a friend not just a paycheck. I am a contsrution worker and have limited skills with operating a computer. Cassandra was very patient and helpful. Working at times during the weekend to help me reach my deadlines. I don’t wish divorce on anyone. But if find yourself with no other choice , I highly recommend this firm

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Loretta Story was absolutely amazing during such a difficult time. Both she and Jason were very attentive to my needs and fought for me every step of the way. They were professional, yet caring and understanding during the entire process. They were prompt in their replies, organized and kept me informed during my entire case. They are the only attorneys you need to consider. Again, I say...AMAZING!
