After my phone call with the lawyer I was asked to email my information for review. He said he would get back with me tomorrow to discuss. It's been 2 weeks now with no phone call back! I have called twice to ask what was going on with the secretary telling me she will call back that afternoon to update me but never does. Thanks for wasting 2 more weeks for us!

I hired Mr. Cripps for an Order of Protection hearing. He handled the procedure very well during the actual hearing, seemed much more prepared than my ex’s attorney, and was successful in my favor in having the case dismissed. He is very direct but I appreciated his no-nonsense, factual statements so that I was truly prepared.

Eldon has been my attorney since the beginning of a very messy divorce and custody case. He advocated for me as a mother/spouse and did everything he could to represent my family. Now 8 years later, he is still there handling things very professionally. Sometimes there are hard truths you don't want to hear in delicate situations, but he has always been able to express them in a way that left those involved feeling heard. Our case was and still is a mess (in every sense of the word) but there is no attorney I'd rather have stand up on my behalf. He cuts through the bull and gets to the core, does the right thing, follows through when he says he will do something and is fair.

Eldon Cripps is a great mediator. He was professional, effective, and kept the process running smoothly. He was no-nonsense and focused on ensuring all issues were addressed and resolved. He was patient, thorough, and I felt comfortable speaking with him.

Eldon is a down to earth ruthless attorney and he will tell you that. I was in a divorce with child custody for two years. And he got me sole of my kids. Now I had to offer her joint for personal reasons. But I would recommend Eldon to anyone. He is well worth the $. And he will dang sure chew you out as well if you do something you are suppose to. Eldon Cripps is the lawyer you can’t put a price on. He’s VERY experienced in what he does, detailed in every aspect of his job and punctual. I can’t speak enough good words about the work he can get done. If google had 6 stars I’d give him 7. I’ll be using him for any legal matters in the future if needed.

Beware! Eldon Cripps is completely ineffective as a mediator, and his behavior towards me was inappropriate and unprofessional. This man is as misogynistic as they come. He would not let me speak, interrupted me when I tried, and spent way too much time mansplaining. Do not hire Eldon Cripps to represent you as a lawyer or use him as a mediator - unless you're a man. What a horrible experience that will never be forgotten.
