We are a company based out of Portland Oregon and we hired this firm to help us with a legal matter based out in California. We gave them their 10000 dollar retainer so they would file a complaint on our behalf, but what we ended up getting was hustled for our money! since the first hello Mark was too busy to sit and listen to our case, in fact he had his paralegals try and get all the information he needed which in most cases would be fine but he kept switching the paralegals out 4 different times and each time we would have to start from scratch, wasting our money because no one cared to listen the first time. So instead of filing a complaint they began offering us services like making contracts and coaching us what to to in the future, which is helpful but not why we gave them the money and hired them for in the first place! and when our retainer got burned up from all this other stuff we didn't want. they said they were stopping and would continue no more and they had a letter drafted for a complaint in hand for when we give them another 10000.00 plain and simple they are blood sucking leeches that are quick to take advantage of someone who is down , no compassion. i would not recommend this law firm to any businesses that are out of state!
