Scammed us out of $2000 for a "first draft" of a premarital agreement, he gave us bad legal advice, the "first draft" was just a template he put our names into, there was no other information personal to us other than our names and the date of the wedding. When I tried to contact him about the second/final draft before our wedding date, it went straight to voicemail and I was never able to contact him again. Come to think of it, when I first got a consultation it was only after leaving a voicemail message and he called me back. I think he only calls back if hasn't taken your money yet. Now the CA Bar site says he's lost his license due to failure to pay fees. We think we were scammed.

I hired Mr. Stolar and his firm for an out of state move away request. I appreciated his honesty during this process. From the beginning Mr. Stolar and his associates were honest with me as they explained that move away requests are very hard to grant but they will do their very best to help me if I decided to retain him. I can honestly say that Mr. Stolar and his team really know what they are doing and I know they did their absolute best to help me. In the end of this long battle my move away was granted and I was able to relocate out of state with my children. The retainer was high, but well worth it.
