She does not respond promptly, if at all, and regularly ghosted my husband after finally writing up a contract for him. We had (and still have) a simple question regarding the contract and we have not heard back after weeks, which is what finally drove me to write this review. We have been more than patient. Ignoring phone calls and voicemails makes clients feel unseen and irrelevant. This is not what people should have to feel when they are seeking legal counsel for a situation in which they were clearly wronged. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Katie was great to work with. She handled everything very professionally and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. She was able to answer all of my questions and get everything that I needed taken care of quite quickly. I would absolutely recommend her. Carla was also a pleasure to talk with and very kind. I felt at ease working with Katie in an uncomfortable situation figuring out parenting plans. She was knowledgeable and direct and took care of my case very well.

Katie has done work for several members of our family. She is pleasant, relaxed and easy to talk to and helped us with 3 different wills and powers of attorney. Has researched and helped us with referrals for areas outside her usual practice experience. Gets you in quickly and very fair fees. Highly recommend you give her a call.

In my opinion she should lose her licence to practice law for awhile . She should also be charged with Changing legal paperwork signed by the Judge and breaking Montana state law .. Not representing her clients In anyway that could possibly make the client believe she wasn't working for the other side, ( in this case DFS/ CPS ) Not returning client calls, not showing up for hearings. Not getting ahold of or even returning calls from clients witnesses .. Never allowing client the right to have their case to go before the judge to be heard and desired. I even told her I wanted a different Lawyer because she in no way was representing. I still have not got my day in court . 1 year 11 months later.

Katie is an awesome lawyer! If you want to win your case go to her right now! She is wonderful to work with you! She is a winner!

She is the absolute worst attorney I've ever encountered... Lies about fees, Very inexperienced, Unprofessional, ended up costing us a fortune due to her Incompetence... DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!

Incredibly so-so, does not follow through, documents FULL of type-o's. You have got to be kidding.
