Unfortunately, after being represented by Ashley Bloch in my divorce, I cannot recommend her as an attorney. Throughout my case, her work was marked by inattention to detail and carelessness. Important legal documents were routinely delivered with serious errors. I found myself having to thoroughly review every document, identify mistakes, and request corrections. Even then not all errors were addressed. In one instance, I spent an entire morning traveling back and forth to a notary because the documents she provided were still riddled with uncorrected mistakes. Additionally, she failed to send my retainer refund check when she said she would at the close of my case. It was sent only after I followed up with her weeks later. Working with Ashley increased the stress of an already difficult and emotional process. When you hire an attorney, you expect them to reduce the burden on you — not add to it. In my experience, her lack of care, accuracy, and follow-through fell far short of the professionalism and diligence a client deserves.
