I am writing to share my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding legal support I received from my attorney, Sander Miller throughout my divorce case. From the very beginning, I was nervous and overwhelmed by the entire process. Facing a difficult and emotional situation, I wasn’t sure what to expect or how things would unfold. Thankfully, Mr. Miller was incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, answered all of my questions, and reassured me every step of the way. His professionalism and calm guidance helped ease my anxiety and gave me the confidence to move forward. Thanks to his dedication and skill, I was able to reach a fair settlement. When entering into marriage the last thing people think about is divorce but unfortunately it happens. Sander and his team went above and beyond to explain the process and were completely patient during the process. Filling out the paperwork and obtaining all the documents needed for the divorce actually took longer than receiving my final judgment. I’m so happy I was referred to Sander and his team during this difficult process.

Miller Law Associates: Pros: Affordable, effective, responsive, personable, convenient, punctual Cons: Limited face time, communication happens mostly over email/phone In the fall of 2016, Miller Law Associates handled my uncontested divorce. From the time I initially reached out to the firm to the time I was officially divorced was roughly three months. I was given the necessary paperwork to file for divorce almost immediately after I made the decision to move forward with the firm. I was well informed of the options available to me, meaning a contested versus an uncontested divorce, as well as the process associated with each option. The level of service and professionalism provided by the firm was superb and impressive. Response time to questions and concerns was prompt and responses were thorough. Communication was done primarily over the phone and through email rather than face-to-face meetings, however this did not hinder the effectiveness or length of the process. Overall, my experience with Miller Law Associates was positive. Divorce is extremely stressful, no matter the situation, but I trusted the attorneys and felt safe throughout the entire process. I felt as though they had my back and would fight for me, if necessary. I highly recommend the firm to people looking for an affordable, effective, and minimally stressful way to handle your divorce.

I do not recommend Miller law for legal needs. I retained them to assist me with resolving a painful legal matter. The contract I signed with them did not state that they expect clients to do DIY tasks like serve papers to the respondent yourself who I told Sander was an abusive person. They refused my requests for conference calls, ignored emails, missed documents that the respondent filed with the court, did not provide regular case updates and constantly wanted me to deliver multiple documents to the respondent myself after they drafted them throughout my case. There was no point in paying all that money if I had to proactively coach them and do things myself! The retainer is non-refundable & expensive so be aware! I finally got fed up their shady practices and terminated their services on my case! I hired a different firm 3 days later that gave me exceptional service, didn’t put my safety or privacy at risks, charged accordingly to the work that needed to be done, communicated with the respondent on my behalf, they delivered all the documents to the respondent on my behalf, and my legal matter was resolved in less than 30 days. If I’d stayed with Miller Law they still be dragging things out, billing me for nothing and wanting me to deliver documents myself. I do not recommend this Firm!
