Gary Weiner is simply the best. I had initially hired a rather incompetent attorney who was the opposite of Gary. My initial counsel wanted to prolong the case and simply make money. It was obvious after a short time. I let him go after my retainer ran out and I wasn’t sure where to turn to next as my trust in divorce attorneys was lost. A close friend recommended Gary as they had used him somewhat recently with great success. During my time without counsel, there was a motion filed by my ex that I couldn’t handle on my own. I called Gary’s office and got him on the first try. He gave me sound advice at no cost and we scheduled a consultation for the very next day. I knew he was the guy from the moment we sat down. If you are looking for a sharp attorney who does not mess around getting your case going. Gary Weiner is the attorney for you. His staff is friendly and helpful even when your life is falling apart. I was most impressed with Gary’s abilities during depositions. (Would have loved to see him during a trial but glad it did not come to that) He made sure I knew what to expect and how to answer. He will not let you be bullied by opposing counsel. I never felt as if he was stretching out depositions or other interactions to be able to bill more time. His forensic accountant group is amazing and worth the money as well. Divorces are never cheap but this was money well spent.
