I cannot recommend Brett Anthon highly enough. He recently represented me in a family law matter and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Brett is honest, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I hired Brett for mediation with an ex. He was unprepared and forgot my request for a caucas. Upon reminding him, he asked if it was necessary which I confirmed. During our time together, he was irritated and argumentative with me seemingly doubtful of the importance of the info I was sharing. Off and on during mediation this continued and on a few occasions he asked if we wanted to end the session because we hadn't agreed on a topic citing saving us money as the reason. We declined and requested to proceed as this is what he is supposed to help with. In the end, we had a brief document written up by him which took a couple emails to remind him to finish. He never followed up on another meeting and it was clear our case, business and money was not a priority. We found another mediator who provided us with understanding, interest, support and was well prepared. I would not recommend Brett for mediation.
