Phil Clark is an amazing, incredible attorney. Extremely knowledgeable about criminal law and proceedures, he is an excellent strategist. Trust him to do an excellent job with your case. He fights for you like it's his own family he's defending. Personable, full of integrity, caring and honest is how I would describe his demeanor. He won my case brilliantly. We had truth on our side but sometimes it's not enough. Phil fought hard to get all the pertinent facts heard and we won because of how he presented the evidence and cross examined the other side. I can't say it strongly enough that this man is an excellent attorney and will give a full 100% effort in order to win your case. So glad another attorney in Denver recommended him to me.

Nice guy. Took my 5k for a case. Small office with limited recourses. Those were his words months in when overwhelmed by DA’s flood of paperwork. DA has a lot of supporting staff and he does not. His words again. He recommended me using the public defender’s office since they can keep up with all the paperwork. He promoted the public defender’s office over his. Said I’d receive better help there. Private attorney vs public defenders office his choice was public defender. Considering he couldn’t deliver, you’d think there’d be money refunded. Negative. Not one dime given back. Save your money and let the state pay for it. I believe he said something to the effect of most private attorneys worked in DA’s office or public defenders office. Buyer beware.
