Maybe if Bailey Walton spent a little less time at Check’s bar and pool hall after work, he could be a half decent attorney. I’ve never left a review for someone before but if I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring Bailey Walton was a huge mistake and an absolute waste of time and money. My divorce dragged on far longer than it ever should have because of his complete lack of urgency or professionalism. Repeated calls and emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. And during the last conversation when he finally answered after I called from a different number, he hung up on me mid-conversation—unbelievable and completely unacceptable behavior from someone who claims to be a professional. My divorce was uncontested, with no children and it should have been the easiest case of his life. Instead it took almost a year to complete. We still had to complete the paperwork ourselves, and physically take it to the courthouse multiple times. Walton failed to complete or turn in all of the required paperwork we needed, further dragging out the case. Bailey Walton clearly doesn't care about his clients—just the paycheck. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to my worst enemy.

Mr. Walton acted as our legal counsel and court representative through a family guardianship, real estate issues, probate and settling of an estate. He acted professionally and confidently throughout processes and oddities over three years of family dynamics. Recommending Bailey to work with your concerns comes with no reservations.

Great attorney! He isn’t a yes man like some of the others I have had. He tells you what he thinks and it isn’t always what you want to hear but it’s what you need to hear. Does his best to be there for you in a pinch. I referred friends and family to him and they have received the same treatment. We have been with him for years now. Highly recommend

The only positive thing I can say about our experience is that he did appear in court. Each time we reached out after for advise or help in responding to the situation he was unresponsive. I'm still trying to get a proper accounting of the retainer and for the remaining balance to be be refunded.

Attorney Walton was professional, kind, companionate. Worked extremely fast to help us get our parents POA prepared. He came to our parents home. I would recommend him to all.

I find Mr Walton to be an efficient an understanding person/lawyer and he just wants to do his job as best he can for his client my divorce was out of state an figured it may be difficult but in about 5or 6 mos my divorce was final thank you Mr Walton an God Bless you an your family
