Stay away from Charleen E. Merced Agosto ,im actually hate leaving negative reviews but some people really deserves very hard the way they are handling their business .I had a really bad experience with her ,I was recommended to her by another attorney,paid her deposit waiting her to work on the case , whatever she said she was gonna do ,she did not do it ,I had to handle everything on my own and at the end she charged me for the service she didn’t do nothing about it .invited me to grab my check at 1pm ,short me $250 and made me wait to give me a check one hour , they are not professional at all ,I’m telling you ,The moment you work with them ,you will regret it .Save your time and money ,work with someone else .I might do a TikTok /YouTube video about her company and expose her who she really is !! I don’t like people who making me feel like stupid and don’t understand what’s going On !

Unfortunately I have found myself in the position where I have to evict a psychotic woman that is currently living in my home without a proper lease and a history of squatting. It has been an incredible headache for me to deal with but knowing that I have Attorney Pol and his staff to support me during this difficult eviction process has made it a lot easier. Because I have never been through this before (and honestly hope I never have to go through this again), I have had a lot of questions on the process and Attorney Pol and his paralegal, Lucille have always answered my calls or given me a call back even if it’s after 5pm which most offices I feel like won’t even bother to do. Overall, I wish I wasn’t in this position at all. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I am however, quite grateful to Attorney Pol and his office for helping me as best as they can to navigate this dilemma. Thank you Attorney Pol and office!

I had a appointment with Charleen Merced and had a very bad experience here !!! She was not professional, my appointment it was at 2 pm , and she talking with my for only 5 minutes and after 5 minutes she told me she have to go at the BANK !!! Because they going to close the bank !! And she leave in her office for 45 minutes waiting for her so after 45 minutes wait I told the secretary I’m have to go and she call Merced and told her that I’m going to leave because that’s was not rigth you leave a client waiting for 45 if I have appointment at 2 pm she have to respect the clients time not say she have to go at the bank and leave me wait 45 minutes why they put me at 2pm and Merced say it ok let her go !!! So I can’t imagine how is her work is she even care about this !!! This is not professional place

Horrible law office, that I have made the mistake of using for an eviction process. I have had to followup on multiple occasions, they have submitted paperwork with the wrong names and severely delayed the process and have forgotten to submit the next step of filings multiple times. I would never use them again.

All around very unprofessional.
