Brooklyn Family Defense Practice

Phone just rings out, if you do get someone they are usually demeaning and nasty, mad that you are actually calling their service for information or help. You're asked questions but aren't allowed to answer, typical law enforcement tactics. You're told to call Lift who refers you to them. So you're shuffled back and forth because neither organizations actually helps anyone. All these agencies are having a major overload or complaints about the wrong doings and unethical practices of ACS as well as foster care agencies and they dnt know how to advice families. The office in East NY has been closed for 2 years, these agencies get funded to shuffle you and act like they are helping. They get paid to refer you to agencies that will just refer you back to them. You will get no help. It's been 3 years now. I even saw a court officer in their office that is my court officer in my judges court room. How uncomfortable and traumatizing is that?. These people dnt care about helping anyone like all these agencies just funding is what matters.
