Mr. Gandy is a pleasant smooth talking southerner. If that will win cases then he is your man. I found Mr. Gandy through my employers Employee Assistance Program or EAP which promised me a reasonable discount on his cost per hour. My first complaint in open court he announce as required his rate and how much he had billed me, Well he billed me full rate without any of the agreed upon discount required through the association he gets referrals from. My final divorce decree was written by opposing counsel and it was poorly written so poorly that my ongoing legal proceedings the bankruptcy trustee and my new lawyer are unable to make heads or tails from what is written yet Mr. Gandy wont return calls or emails from me even though he billed me 8500.00 but did not complete 8500.00 worth of work. He did 0 prep work with me prior to trial while my ex whose divorce cost 3000.00 less was extremely prepared he allowed my dead grandfathers words to be used against me. I could go on and on. I would be extremely cautious before retaining Mr. Gandy.

Charlie Gandy is the best lawyer Ive ever had the pleasure of hiring. His professionalism is unequaled. He is easy to talk with, gives excellent advise and works tirelessly to give his clients the best outcome with any case. Our family was dealing with a horrible situation and Charlie worked every day for us in the end we prevailed. I cant begin to say how much we appreciate having Charlie Gandy on our side he is an excellent lawyer and a wonderful human being.

DONT USE GANDY EVER. He ruined my life because he was too lazy. Period. He thinks he can do nothing and win. He did not try to prepare me or defend me in court. He allowed my ex to tell lie after lie and never once tried to show otherwise. He literally handed the case to the other party. Did not care one bit. He is washed up and useless now. Use your money elsewhere before he ruins you too.

This gentleman is a God send to my family, my situation was very difficult and this gentleman and his Legal Secretary Mrs. Elaine Harvill are wonderful. I was very skeptical for many years and found myself afraid to try seeking justice, I am glad I did and this wonderful attorney, I will be forever indebted to ! Thank you Mr. Gandy!
