Where to start? Let's start with the fact that his guy is also a litigator. That means when the process reaches the point where the state says an agreement must be produced or the case goes to trial, Randy can handle that too. So what happens when, after testing you for tolerance, your divorce is tabled for months with no contact, let alone advice or movement forward? You got it, goes to trial. My divorce was handed to an associate attorney without discussion who showed up at court for months to request continuance only. Yet nothing was discussed with me, certainly not the divorce. Bottom line is this, the guy knows the law. He also knows very well how to make his money. He will drag your divorce out to the point where you have no further time before the state orders trial without, and this is important, doing any productive work on your case. Unless he can make money on discovery e.g. your case is not complicated, you and your ex are not fighting etc.... he will get it another way. Be advised - look elsewhere.
