in my experience with this firm what was verbally agreed upon back when my case was open and current was not what actually happened. I was told after all my payments to Alex and the courts, community service and etc., that my record wouldn't hold the cannabis DWI charge. Come to find out right after the case was closed Alex wasn't truthful on his end of the agreement and it is still there. When I called to discuss it after I was dismissed ignorantly. At first I was like this is no big deal I can manage this, got my license back within 13 months, and then came into what has now been 4/5 years later of hell. I can't even get a job literally pretty much anywhere in the main stream even if literally every interview I got the job. When it comes to the background check I am immediately honest trying to show I am transparent. That doesn't matter to corporate. Prior to this I had 2 businesses, was in college, and having lost everything from business to passion opportunities from this charge and me being a quick couple grand to throw in his pocket and not hold up his part is disappointing. I had all the money to throw at this. Never did I have a single scratch on my record before this. Now I'm treated as a criminal for simply "being high", which I truly wasn't at that time but used medically in a state where it was legal in the previous days. I passed every sobriety test perfectly and that is on record. All because a rookie cop had an ego trip remembering me from a prior stop 6 months prior (and his SDS) and my lawyer not truly caring. I waited all these years to leave a review or anything because I put in the work to fix my mistakes and take full accountability for my actions. That doesn't change how he promised me this wouldn't be this way and now my family and I are suffering because of not being able to do anything about this charge. I can't even try to expunge it off my record because of the laws in my state says multiple attorneys here. Normally I would just move on but being at the end of the rope here the least I can do is put this into the world and hopefully no one gets the same treatment as I did. *0/5 Stars not even the 1/5*
