My partner hired Jamie for a legal matter…should’ve been quick and pretty easy. However, Jamie did not communicate thoroughly with her, was unresponsive to questions (including emails and calls), ignored her direction, and focused more on her (Jamie’s) intent than on my partner’s wishes. After more than 9 months of this dragging on, my partner finally fired Jamie. No refund was offered despite sub-par service. Now, less than a month after hiring another lawyer, everything is done and done well. This would’ve been a 1-star review, but Jamie did offer ONE substantive improvement suggestion to the legal documents being worked. So I’ll give her that…one extra star.

If you don't go with this law group then you are mission out! Not only did they handle my case with grace, but they even went the extra mile when I had an emergency! I have a medically fragile and disabled child that is very hard to take out of the home. The day before my court appearance, all of my child care canceled for the day of court. I needed to file a motion in order to appear virtually instead but being the day before, and with my lack of court understandings, I was lost. I called this office since they were the ones who filed my paperwork with the court to ask for assistance. Of course the lawyer I used was out of office so I left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from another attorney from this office and after I explained my situation, they said that they would have no problem filling out the motion for me and emailing to me! Not only that but they did this from their cell phone! All I asked for was advice, but this office was so understanding and the fact that they went the extra mile to help me was such a relief and an act of kindness and humanity that you don't normally see from people nowadays. From now on I will always use this firm for all of my needs!
