Mr. Finney has been nothing short of amazing. I previously had two different lawyers that did a terrible job representing me for custody of my son and they made me lose faith altogether in hiring a lawyer. Mr. Finney is thorough. Super proud of their ability to process papers with the county clerk. They are not strong with litigations until they want to dispute their work and fees. I really wish the attorney would take more ownership, listen to the trial, recognize that he froze in front of the judge and allowed a false accusations/understanding to be recorded on record. All the documents requested were not submitted to the judge and it was embarrassing that the judge accepted the documents provided by the defendant. The price point they charge me for preparing is appalling given that I literally watched the attorney dig in his email to find the custody order that we sent to him and requested from him to submit in our request. He argue a statue that he wasn’t comfortable with and the judge was visibly frustrated with him. We spent hours writing a clear timeline and legal briefing that he claimed would be submitted - and it was not even reviewed. We drove in the ice and snow to obtained notarized documents that were the incorrect forms- no one compensated us for our time. The best part, the final order would need to be requested. It was posted online immediately and during our call. His responses, oh really, wow. No ownership and lack of pride in work ethic on working on the behalf of their clients.
