She lets you and the facts of the case lead the case where it goes. If you like wasting money, and being ignored, this is the law firm for you. Leigh Sellers in particular is harder to get on the telephone than the President. Her responses to emails are even worse. They will make you feel all warm and fuzzy during the initial consultation, however afterwards, the client becomes an afterthought. They only time the focus returns to the client is when it is time to replenish the Trust account and pay the fee. Attorney Sellers courtroom skills are average at best. If she focused on her courtroom skills half as much as she did on her appearance, she would be a much better lawyer. This firm will nickel and dime you to death without ever resolving your issue or answering basic questions. Touchstone is not worth the exorbitant fee they are going to charge you. You can get way more bang for your buck somewhere else.
