I went into this office with high hopes. I had been told by many that this was one of the best divorce offices in Cheyenne, by many individuals. Turns out, it only is if you're female. When I first began working with Katye Ames I was so optimistic and honored to have someone so revered to represent me. But quickly I began to notice things. My paperwork wasn't being filed quickly, I was getting slow responses, I never got complete answers, and she was "out of the country" multiple weeks. After a few months of this i called and explained my grievance to them, and she sent me an email to tell me we weren't a good fit because I "didn't respect her as a female lawyer". I had nothing but respect for her. I could never do her job, and yet she never gave me the time of day. Maybe I asked to many questions since I didn't know what I should be doing, but I figured that is why you pay a lawyer in the first place, was to help you understand the legal system. Female lawyer or male. If you are a woman, then this is the office for you, but if you are a man, then I recommend somewhere that doesn't care about gender. All I wanted was someone willing to help me fight for my kids, and Katye Ames is not that person.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Katye and Taylor were great to work with for my custody case. Their pricing was fair, communication and follow-up were consistent, and they genuinely cared about my situation. I always felt supported and confident knowing they were handling my case. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dedicated and compassionate representation.

Having been in a custody battle myself-I have never seen a paid attorney not return phone calls, not give updates-Just completely ignore her clients. I will encourage you if you are looking for help in family law to not go to Ms.Ames. She is followed through with nothing that she began. Maybe my son isn’t a big enough client-Maybe it would’ve required more money for her to just return phone calls and keep him updated. But it is very sad in this day and time when you have men who are out here trying to do the right thing and I’ve changed their lives and you get attorneys like Ms Ames- If you were looking for help with the Lawyer, who will speak with you, answer your emails answer your calls. You better look elsewhere. Update -as I said this is about my son’s custody battle - she doesn’t return calls- he paid the $$ and he leaves messages. Nothing. He actually told her twice that she could talk to me- I was there for one. You should have a record of me calling EXCEOT Ms Ames does not treat her clients respectfully. And as I said maybe he isn’t enough of the big bucks for your company. But I am in sales - b2b and I will make sure I let everyone know in this area that Ms Ames has the actions of a public defender but in an office where you have to pay!

James and Nichole were great to work with when they set up our LLC. They were professional, thorough, and very responsive, and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
