James Duberg Attorney At Law

Previously I had this lawyer represent me concerning my WILL. At that time he charged me a reasonable amount! This past Friday, the 29th of Oct. (Friday), I went with my partner of 12-years for Mr. Duberg give my partner, "POWER OF "attorney". I had several disagreements with my partner concerning our responsibilities. So we informed his office that we would con-tact his office when "we"worked/ironed out the wrinkles. On our appointment day his secretary quoted us his structured FEES. The first 30-minutes was FREE! Upon leaving, he asked for $200.00 fee! He claimed we went over the time limit by 5-minutes. Yet, we WAITED ... for 10-minutes in his lobby!! While he spoke a client on the phone in his office, Apparently, our time, matters not?? I left my wallet at home so I told him we would return with the money. Upon returning, "we" asked him "How much we owe him?" To our "SHOCK" ... He SAID, "$200.00"! We said," for 35-minutes?" We understand, TODAY, PRICES ARE INFLATED! But $200.00 for 35-minutes ...?? We went to his office SEEKING "legal advise"!! He claimed, he's not a "doctor/psychiatrist???" AFTER ... I asked him about the 30-minutes that are FREE...? He LOOKED at me ... and reluctantly SAID ... "Oh, I forgot?" And hesitates .. and says -- "$100.00". We left his office ... Recalling Luke' s Gospel vs. 10:25-37.

I highly recommend James because he is very accessible, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Many lawyers I have interacted with are hard to reach or seem too busy. James took the time with me and I could call and ask him questions and not get the run around or wait days to hear back from someone. His 42 years of experience really shows!
