We needed our living trust updated and we contacted Daniel Little. He updated our trust within a couple of weeks and answered questions we had regarding the update. He is very professional, and his staff is very friendly and helpful. Calls to the office are always returned in a timely manner. We would recommend The Offices of Daniel M. I called to inquire about setting up a trust for my wife and I ... and was met by someone who was unwelcoming and callous. I hope MetLife has better reccomendations to follow.

If i could give zero starts I would. This has been the most unprofessional law firm that i have ever seen handle an estate. They would not answer questions and even when they wouldn't answer questions they would charge a fee to the estate. We were told that lawyers fees in california on an estate are 50% of the estate by the executor, Georgina Hermes, not the legally allowed amount in California. I wouldn't deal with them, and take your business elsewhere unless you want to pay 10,000 two simple documents that were filed with the probate court. They have sent a letter to an uninterested third party about the estate and have been generally, the worst law firm i've ever dealt with to date.
