My husband and I utilized Steve’s services for a step-parent adoption. Everything we could control, went swift and Steve’s team was quick to act. They explained everything thoroughly to us and were supportive. It meant a lot to have Steve’s team on our side and knew that they were advocating for us as much as possible. Everything went so well and I am very pleased with our service. Steve worked with us to set up a payment plan so the cost did not feel as overwhelming. I was in a nasty custody battle full of false accusations. I'm talking sending police to my house so often the officers showing up were sympathetic, CPS reports, and endless courtroom allegations. He not only helped prove the accusation false, he fought for what was best for my child. You will never know how much that means to me Steve. What stood out most to me was how he kept things human. If you are in search of a law office that will advocate for you and provide assistance, I strongly advise against utilizing this law firm. I presented evidence to Girsky, but he opted not to incorporate it. Consequently, I had no alternative but to terminate his services and engage a new attorney. Girsky resorted to intimidation tactics, claiming that the judge would disregard all of my evidence. He also asserted that I would not receive the items I requested in my divorce proceedings. He was gravely mistaken; the judge considered everything I had to say, and I not only received what I requested but even more. I unequivocally do not recommend this law firm. Karen

If you’re looking for a law office that will represent you and actually help you, do not use this place. Expected to have Attorney Girsky at the start, which did not happen and got stuck with Attorney Biggs. Attorney Biggs will not represent you and will actually make you represent yourself. I had to look at him at one point for a case in point down at a stack of evidence against the other party and tell him to use it. He did not, I had to voice to the judge myself the evidence for her to look at. He acts high and mighty, will laugh in your face and be sarcastic about everything. Never get any information about things correct, even after correcting him numerous times. Had a meeting to discuss things in person and he was slamming his phone and cup on the table and being ridiculous with his anger. He will never respond in a timely manner. My support system who came with me even voiced how horrible he was and suggested looking elsewhere which wasn’t feasible with their charges. Definitely don’t recommend their place at all and suggest steering far. Spoke to another lawyer at one point, and he is terrible to women and will speak down to them by all means.

Mr. girsky is my go to attorney for many different reasons. He’s always extremely helpful kind and it’s delight to work with professionally. He is the best attorney in Clarksville.
