They were always prompt, often arriving early to appointments, and made themselves available to meet with me whenever I needed. James was 15 minutes late to our first pre-trial hearing with the judge (but strolled in with a hot Starbucks), often took weeks (or even a month) to respond to emails, and didn't seem to have his arguments formed until the week before our day in court (despite being in process for over a year). I believe that if James had handled our case on time instead of procrastinating, we would have had a much better chance of winning. The office was also disorganized. Once, they told us we needed to leave work and rush to their office to sign something, only to find out they had the dates wrong. We lost big with James, and I'm left paying for it. Trusting James was the biggest, most costly mistake of my life. I cannot recommend him or his office in good faith.
