I was referred to Peacock, Gaffney & Damianakis by the Clearwater Bar Association, expecting a professional and respectful consultation. Instead, I encountered arrogance, condescension, and an overall dismissive attitude. During our initial meeting, he not only talked down to me but made an insulting remark to implying that I "don’t have the kind of money he needs to put on his ties for me and pay for his son’s education." This comment was both unethical and inappropriate. Before I had even presented my case, accused me of being "a liar and a troublemaker." This was not only deeply offensive but also highly unprofessional, especially coming from someone I was referred to through the Clearwater Bar Association. In short: this is not someone I would entrust with my case or recommend to others. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for competent, respectful legal representation.
