They sure took my case fast. The attorney I was assigned to never gave me but 10 mins of her time during the first two months and I was rushed out of the office. Plus she was late getting to the office and then when they got there and took us up to the mentor location they couldn’t remember which office was theirs in the building. First two months emails text messages phone calls and no answers back. The papers were filled wrong with the courts. Day before pretrial I was told by our attorney I had three options 1) to get a full refund and find another attorney. 2) to reschedule our trail for another date when it was already out 6 mths from our first filing date 3) go to court ourselves. I would seriously think twice about going with them. I went with them due to their 5 star rating and the guy who did intake says their success rate was higher cause the fees were not per hour so you would feel you could communicate easier. While that would have been fine if there was communication.
