Sara, a case manager in that office is very rude and not helpful. It was early morning 8:50 am and she made you feel as if you were bothering her and did not help. I even said, "first of all Good Morning" to get a positive attitude from her in return but that did not even help. It was even after a long 3 day weekend and she still did not have a positive attitude. Family members only want to help your clients, but I would not say I received any helpful information. Shame on your office for not helping confused family members. We are asking for guidance and all you gave was an extremely rude experience. Imagine being on the other side.

M. Patterson was amazing and patient and answered all questions in a timely manner. She was upfront and honest from the beginning of reopening my custody case. I would recommend her anyone who needed advice and counsel through child custody issue.

She is my sons attorney and has done a wonderful job and is still working very hard for him. Her staff is the best they always have answers to questions they are asked.

I’m quite sad to write this. I was very optimistic about this law office. I made an appointment to get a consultation. I received a message that they needed to reschedule- I don’t know the reason. I rescheduled. I was never contacted at the new scheduled time. It was all quite odd, and unprofessional. May not be an issue with the lawyer, could be her staff. Either way, they lost my business and trust.

Gotta love Legal Assistants and all their help they can be for you! Definitely recommend these ladies if you have a case you're battling with or just have questions!

Mickey is a wonderful attorney. She is personable and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend her to others.
