Divorce Settlement: I had the pleasure of working with Peggy to settle a divorce on behalf of my elderly father (72). She fulfilled our requests to completely dissolve the marriage between my father and now ex wife, in the fastest and most cost efficient way as possible all while protecting my father's interest's. Peggy successfully petitioned and executed a unique settlement agreement on behalf of my father, which protected his properties and assets here and outside of the United States. Despite my father's language barrier, Peggy successfully executed our requested settlement agreement and also had said agreement translated into a Spanish version as well. The turnaround time was relatively quick as well. Approximately 4 months from beginning to end despite obstacles between my father and his ex wife.
