My mother passed away without a will and/or trust designating a beneficiary for her home and needed a probate Attorney. After speaking with Andy Ponnock my decision was easy to use this law firm. He was transparent and answered every questions and the cost was affordable. His staff, especially Adrianny, was equally amazing. They made the process so easy. I highly recommend this team.

Andres and his staff took on my probate case and have been professionally helpful in every step of the case including updates and status of my case. Reasonably affordable and highly recommend, you don't have to do anything and everything is done for you over the phone and online with such professional conviction that has made our process to be able to keep our family's house extremely easy. You can't and won't go wrong choosing this firm to handle all of your probate needs.

I feel bad for whomever retains this attorney for any urgent matters. I called to try to expedite the correct document needed to ensure that a case can continue to move through the probrate process, was rushed off the phone, called over a week later with the document I requested to sign to continue the process for their client. I feel bad for the client, as they are sure to have a long probate process when retaining this firm (as other reviewers have also noticed). They sent me a document to print that went to a Microsoft account that I do not have access to, instead of just sending a scanned version of the document as a PDF file, further delaying the client they are representing from filing all paperwork. They also sent a document I waited over a week for them to send AFTER business hours on Friday (after 5:30 PM) of a long holiday weekend (Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday), therefore making their client wait almost 11 more days than necessary to get the last document she needs to file the probate. Another probate attorney that looked at the previous documents they sent, did not even understand how they were managing the process, they want me to sign paperwork with no case number on it, they said it was incorrect and out of order in the normal processing of these types of cases.

The Ponnock Law PLC were very efficient in handling my case, they answered every email I sent them and got it done in a timely manner. Also very polite and helpful. Thank you for all you’ve done.

I hired Mr.Ponnock for a probate case after my brother passed away, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. In my opinion, communication was poor. I often waited weeks for replies and eventually had to visit the office in person during COVID just to get an update. During phone calls, I personally found him to be dismissive and lacking empathy, which was especially hard during such a difficult time. I also felt there was little guidance with the required paperwork. When there were errors or missing information, I wasn’t informed right away, and I even had to point out some mistakes on legal documents myself before they were corrected. The process ended up taking over a year, and while the initial quote seemed reasonable, the final cost was significantly higher than I expected. Overall, I felt the service was unprofessional and caused more stress than it should have. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this lawyer. As you can see from my profile I usually rate most places a 5 star. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Believe the 1 star reviews on here.

Took $4000 retainer from our family for probate case. After 2 months the file had still not made it to the paralegal’s desk (their own admission) despite us providing all requested documents. We called numerous times with no response. They prepared nothing and refused to return our retainer. We will be filing official complaint with the bar association. Do not hire this attorney.
