Every now and then we need an advocate and an ally, and you’ll be blessed to have Mr Donnahoe on your side. He is smart, intelligent, empathetic and above all else, he listens. When a local window company decided to use my deceased mother’s signature on a Notice of Commencement, supposedly obtained while she was on hospice and heavily medicated, it was Mr Donahoe who steadied my ship. Nine months after my mother’s death and my cancellation of engagement with the company, no product was delivered and no money exchanged hands, yet the company held my property hostage. For more than a month I had a contract but was unable to close. I felt dejected and defeated. Without thinking about the lack of compensation, Mr Donahoe worked tirelessly to reach an amicable resolution. He took my calls, read my texts and wrote and responded to numerous emails. His underpriced compensation was given way later, yet he didn’t skimp on representation. When all else seems grim, he is a perfect reminder of the good that still exists in this world…in us. If you have to make a choice, choose him.
