Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin P.C. and Rebecca Blazquez became my attorney at the recommendation of my husband’s hospice care director after his passing. A mistake had been made by our investment company, taking my name off from my husband’s IRA and putting our two adult children on as beneficiaries. I asked that this mistake be fixed, as I had not signed or agreed to this change. The firm was insistent that it could not be fixed. I had made a free consultation with Rebecca and in that conversation, she had given me the necessary information on finding the proper forms from the internet, to have me put back on the IRA. I was met with resistance from the investment company and made the decision to hire Rebecca and pay the retainer. It was the best thing I could have ever done. I felt relief and confidence knowing I was doing the right thing. The investment company agreed that they would pay for the attorney fees that I incurred to fix this IRA problem. What an absolute pleasure it was to have found these folks.
