Talking by experience the owner from this building put sign on people's cars when parked there when it was closed for a holiday festiva the sign read do not park by owner or you may be towed away I was parked at a handicap parking with my plac card on it still knowing that we have a handicap disability and the business was closed at night during the event and still this person decides to put a sign on my car what a Grinch has no heart and looking at a car with a disability card on it And still puts a sign on the car .. who needs people like that. Mean inconsiderate monsters evil person
