Worst attorney ever, she represented my father in a divorce and claimed him incompetent, which he was. Fast forward 4yrs and on the stand, completely said my dad was competent. She is a complete lier and manipulator. She lied for my sister because she personally benefited. My dad paid her and she did not protect him. If you care about your loved ones, do not hire this disgrace of a lawyer. She will throw you under the bus for her own benefit in a heartbeat

Jacy is a fantastic attorney and person. She was recommended by 5 other friends and colleguages in town. I knew after our first consultation she would put my mind at ease. Honestly my divorce was very challenging time in my life. She changed my tears to many times of laughter and loved her personality she had. Her knowledge runs deep in family law. What appreciate most was her availability if I had any questions. Hands down she is the best family law attorney in town! Highly recommend. And I would ignore any previous reviews on here.

My husband, after 28 year marriage decided that he found someone younger. In 2018 we divorced. He handled all of the financial obligations in our household. I ‘thought’ I was lucky enough to retain JC Arnold, I took a loan out for $2000 and retained her, a quick witted attorney who helped me regain my home for our children. But not without a high financial cost. The court ordered him to pay me $38,000 which would help me to tremendously get back on my feet and get my Life together. He didn’t! (And she wouldn’t help. I could have paid her off!) Although I served him several times. Her accountant sent me a $15,000 bill. Then JC Arnold bailed on me. Trying to find employment after being a stay at home mother was daunting and then I found out that he hadn’t paid the House Payment in several years totally $15,000 and on top of that I owe a $29,000 second mortgage. I had no idea about, that also hadn’t been paid. Scrambling to pay back house payments of $15,000 and make arrangements with the second mortgage so neither one of those places would take my home while trying to find employment that would help me be able to pay off such a huge financial obligations as a 60-year-old woman. To add to my situation, every time I turned around, my ex-husband‘s girlfriend was suing me for outrageous little things which I represented myself because JC had bailed on me. She’d see me in court representing myself and say you look like a fancy attorney. Did she know or care? I was literally falling apart inside and cried almost every day. I sent letters to JC Arnold‘s accounting division explaining my daunting situation. So on top of everything else, JC Arnold turned me into collection agency Ray Klein. They are charging me insurmountable amounts of interest what started out as a $15,000 bill is now a $19,000 bill with the highest interest allowed by law I will absolutely never be able to pay her off in my lifetime and will die with this debt. Although I pay over $200 a month and have for seven years, there is no end in sight. So before you use her, make sure you have at least $30,000 in the bank or you’re going to end up just like me. I paid the $15,000 off toward my house (because the interest was reasonable) and working on the second and paying JC until I die. My life is much better now, but I think people need to be aware of what can happen when an attorney turns her back on you, after reassuring you that she was in your corner.

She’s an abysmal representative for most if not all of your needs. She deleted my Avvo review, if that tells you anything. Have your other clients informed themselves of SLAPP lawsuits, Jacy? Any client in hopes of confidentiality should look elsewhere. She’ll blacklist you as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. Pro se representation is better than the garbage she peddles.

People seek an attorney that is knowledgable in thr manner needed. Recieved a consult and the advice given toward my case/situation was ill advisement and i was a fool to express that advice towards that state. The staff were nice. I was told that actions would be taken and over twice the amount of time stated went by without it being done or being spoken to and when a call was made to the office, was told that the attorney couldn't be bothered. It would have taken 3-4 minutes to send the release of information paper but 8 days later... nothing. Blessings in disguise. Was refunded the consultation fee. But if you have a need that is up their alley... for $225 an hour consultation fee and if they are allowed to, you can get help witha $2,500-$3,500 retainer.

She helped me out with a couple expungements. Things went well and the over all cost was with in the budget I was quoted. I am happy with the results. Thank you!!!!!!
