Contacted the office to request help with switching a property title. Received an almost immediate response from office requesting pertinent documents. I provided the requested documents two days later and never heard back from the office. I sent 3 follow-up emails with no response. Called the office and spoke with the Paralegal, who said I would get a call back, which never happened. I called and left voice messages on the main office and direct mailboxes and still never received a call back or response. Would NOT recommend this office.
