I retained Tom for an offense. His communication was almost non existent, he never made much of an effort to get to the DA to negotiate and was awful with responding every time I contacted him. He was 10 min late to court for one appearance and never once tried to negotiate charges down for me. I ended up with the exact consequences as if I'd done this myself. The final court appearance he finally pleaded with the judge. All too late. I will never recommend or use him again and my family who are business owners in Greeley will never recommend him again either.

Every the person I dealt with at this firm has been top notch. They take a genuine personal interest in their clients. A lot of attorneys are just about making money, but these folks are actually about helping people. The best part is they are like a one-stop shop. If you need criminal defense, they got you. If you need landlord tenant law, they got you. They have a very good range of experience amongst their associates. I would highly recommend them.

My family retained this firm three years ago to remove a trustee who wants to be removed and to recover damages caused by trustees' failure to perform several of her fiduciary duties. As of August, 2023 neither has been done and this firm has nothing filed seeking either of the results we paid a lot of money to obtain. I hope this review motivates this firm and informs potential clients what may be in store for them.

Not impressed with the legal representation. Their fees were way more than originally estimated.They also have never returned phone calls that were requested on many occasions. They may take good care of you if they know your made out of money.
