I cannot recommend Tony and his team, enough. Not only did he immediately jump into our case with both feet, his notary dropped everything during her personal time, to meet us 45 minutes away, to complete one of the most crucial parts of our case. You will not regret hiring them!!

I had the privilege of working with Tony the last year and a half. I was in a difficult situation and he fought for me tooth and nail and was awarded full custody of my daughter. He is very professional, and cares deeply about his clientele. He laid out all the information for me to see and how things pan out, and was realistic about expectations to come. There was no guess work. I never felt judged or looked down upon. My case resulted in involving another party in a different state and he forwarded every email so I was kept in the loop. Tony was also able to help me with my criminal case which resulted in it being dismissed. He works very hard for his clients and I would hire him to work for me again in the future if need be, even if it’s just a background check. He has an excellent moral compass and made me feel at ease through the most difficult time in my life, as well as help restore my confidence and faith in people in his line of work.

I don’t recommend Tony at all!! Find a different lawyer and fast! He’s terrible at responding, he will drag your case out and send repeating questions you’ve already answered to charge you more money. He never sent me any forms he filed, just told me, never gave me an updated bill until he was almost out of money. Im very very unsatisfied with his work and I hope the next person is smarter than I was by finding a lawyer who actually wants to help you.

**Custody Win, but Failed to Protect Us from Abuse** Anthony H B Wilson secured full legal and physical custody for me, and for that, I'm deeply grateful. However, I left feeling deeply failed when it came to protecting my son and me from current and ongoing abuse. Despite my ex's history of violence, drugs, and abuse, I was told I needed to *"let him be a dad"*—without pushing for supervised visits, no-contact orders, or ANY other safeguards for my son. A custody order alone does nothing to prevent future harm, and the situation has only gotten worse for my son. I needed a lawyer who understood domestic violence dynamics—not one who repeated the bias toward 'parental rights' without questioning the risks. Though he very graciously accepted my case at a reduced rate, critical protections were overlooked and actively dismissed when I raised them. **"Coming back to court later for a modification" isn't a solution when a child is in danger now**—something he refused to help me with even after pushing me to accept a judgement I didnt completely understand. My case proved that 'winning' custody isn't enough. If you're a survivor, demand an attorney who fights for safety first. My son deserved better advocacy, and so do you.
