I hired Brett to help me with my divorce and again to assist with a child support enforcement matter. I would recommend Brett a 100 times over. He's thorough, knowledgable, and treats his clients with a genuine sense of care. Whenever I message his office with a question I get a response in the same day if not sooner either from him or his staff. He is a great lawyer, an authentic person, and will always work hard for you no matter how big or small the case may be.

Do your research before retaining. •There site makes it so you can’t access anything after the legal matters are done •in my case the lawyer didn’t represent me when we went to mediation. With other lawyers they speak for you Bret k Duncan didn’t do that in my case. Very uniformed. During entire process. •ended up settling outside of court with the mother so I was lucky. In my opinion he didn’t act professionally at all in my opinion it was very sexiest and I was very uneducated on the terms of what I could of done. Considering Iv had to go back to court and now have a new lawyer I would highly recommend looking around before letting this man take on your case. •didn’t notify me he was in court. Almost was late for my hearing do to having to track him down and fined him. Very frustrating when you’re nervous’ And you’re about to be in-front of a judge. •THIS IS NOT NORMAL PRACTICE. Other law firms will stay by your side 100% of the way and make sure you are calm and collected when entering as well as being fully informed of all options and they will be waiting for you if not greeting you at the door of the court house regardless if they have 20 clients that day. I met with Brett to obtain information regarding a custody issue. He offered a solution that no other lawyer had mentioned, and I had consulted several. This solution led to an easy transition for my grandson in a very non-combative or confrontational way. I sincerely can't thank him enough. I would recommend him without a one second of hesitation!
