They weren’t able to answer my question regarding a retired attorney’s files but the lady tried her best to help me by referring me to another service who might be able to help. Much appreciated.

I called to ask a few questions about requirements held for Attorney's practicing law in Hawai'i and the woman was very unhelpful. She asked me more questions than I asked her. She kept trying to get me off the phone because she had other calls. Like mine wasn't as important! The worst part, she couldn't even answer the simple question. She said she doesn't know. There is only Hawai'i State Bar Association and apparently they hire people who know nothing. When I asked her if I could speak to someone who does know, she wouldn't help me there either. Overall, very unhelpful.

I totally agree with the other one on here that they are rude and delibrately not helpful.I asked for the manager and she was just as unknowledgable ,ununhelpful and. rude.That's their job I guess.To sit there and do nothing and know nothimg..Well hopefully enough complaunts will change that..One star just becside I had to to post this

Terrible, they didn’t take my case & they referred me to Attorney referral & Attorney referral referred me to state bar association 🤷🏻‍♂️
