When you need a lawyer to deal with an awful situation you can’t do better than Brazill Hester and specifically Judy Hester. My husband was a co executor with a person on other side of family. What started out as an amicable process quickly devolved into total chaos. Everything shut down for several months. Judy had prepared the Trust for our family member and it was only through her diligent work and amazing mediating skills that this was finally completed. She was able to communicate with both parties going through this process and reached a resolution that was acceptable to both sides of the family.
