I knew I would need a good attorney for my case, Pingel Family Law had such excellent reviews I decided to go with this firm so glad I did. Mandee and her team was amazing very patient, persistent and well organized. Whenever I had questions Mandee assistance, Madison was there to answer. When I went into the office or called everyone was very pleasant with a big smile on their face. Thank you Mandee and the team for working day and night on my case and for the success of my case. Update: did anyone who left a bad review get a call from them bribing you to take down your post and they would refund your last payment you made? They tried with me. Then the next month I receive a $1.23 bill from them for 2 emails (after my divorce was finalized) because I wanted my lawyer to explain a few things. She never got me to me, hence why I left the bad review online! I definitely feel like I didn’t get anything out of my divorce for the money they charge you! They started me out with a young attorney who left within a few months, to get with someone else who was young and less motivating! They charge for numerous emails when there was SO MANY typos, and constant changes to their mistakes. I would go weeks with no emails/ updates. I think she went through 3-4 paralegals, I think their turnover is terrible. When the divorce was almost final, I emailed a few times to get a follow up on split assets, and NEVER received an email/ call back. And ended up not being able to get an asset split because I feel she didn’t try hard at all!! This is a law firm that doesn’t care about family, or the financial hurt that their clients go through, they just want your money!

I was in a high conflict divorce with a narcissist who engaged in mental, emotional and physical abuse. I hired Pingle Family law firm based on their supposed ability to have strong experience with challenges. I could go on forever about their errors, lack of experience, poor ethics and misrepresentation. Suffice it to say I wasted 15k before I hired a different attorney. A few stand outs: (1) HIPAA violations including other client files open and in my view during my in-person meetings, (2) my attorney at the time pushing me to pull my restraining order during mediation in an effort to avoid trial (she literally said "this will affect him his entire life"), lies stating that since I hired them for my divorce they were required to represent me during my restraining order case, (3) violations of client-attorney privilege (their secretary told me "I heard that….." and went on to tell me what occurred during my mediation meeting). (4) dual relationships with my then spouse’s attorney. I could easily list 6 more events that led to my eventual withdrawal. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After careful research of possible law firms to represent me in my divorce, I selected Pingel Family Law because of their experience in dealing with narcissistic abusers. Stephanie Russell represented me and she and her entire team did an amazing job! I will be forever grateful for their kindness and dedication in guiding me through the process and helping me reach my desired outcome! Thank you so much, Stephanie!

When I hired Mandee Pingel to represent the interests of my child I was promised a fierce litigator with a no holds barred approach. As I was dealing with a narcissistic, high-conflict ex this is exactly the type of attorney I needed and I was willing to pay her higher than average rates. Unfortunately, what I experienced was an attorney who was slow to communicate and address my questions and concerns (sometimes not addressing them at all) and a team that was error prone (I was charged for emails with the team when I was correcting their grammatical errors) and forgetful (the paralegal forgot to include documents pertaining to our evidence at trial). When my concerns were raised all I received were excuses and promises to do better which never materialized. I would not recommend Mandee Pingel and her team unless you enjoy overpaying for the feeling of frustration.

I was going through a very rough patch in my marriage (putting it lightly - I’ll be doing a lot of that here) when I approached Pingel Family Law after reading Google reviews, lawyer review websites on the firm, comparing their reviews with others, etc. I had an absolutely dire need for help, and I knew this divorce would be "highly contested" (and, again, that’s putting it lightly). So I knew I really needed a good firm. I initially spoke with Emily and Grace, in which both were incredibly sympathetic of my situation and beyond ready to help, so after thinking it over briefly, I decided to hire Emily to represent me (Grace being a part of her team). The divorce process was highly stressful due to my specific case, but the whole Pingel Team (at multiple times it felt like the entire firm was involved in helping with my case) was so graceful and tactful in their approaches and responses to everything each step of the way. Whenever I needed help, someone was always there to respond. Any time I walked into the office, I felt a welcoming presence and kindness immediately from everyone, which carried into a supportive ally in the courtroom with Emily. Mandee is top notch in her choice of lawyers for her firm, and it shows. I really want to reiterate how professional Emily kept things, as I feel many people would have struggled more in this area multiple times in my specific case. Ultimately, I am still married (happily, might I add) as my husband and I decided not to follow through with divorce, but I’m not sure I could’ve gotten to this point without God’s grace and such a great support system in Pingel Family Law. Reading the other reviews on Google warms my heart for how they’ve helped others, and although my case was really wild and they adapted to everything so flawlessly (and there was a lot of adapting as so much happened in such a short time), I want to add how non-judgmental they’ve been, even though my husband and I chose not to actually get divorced.
