We have been with Celski for multiple years. Andrey has been our management representative for about 5 years now. With 9 units to keep track of I have to say he has done an outstanding job. He is quick to notify us of problems and is proactive in getting resolution. He is quick to return calls, texts and emails. It’s a pleasure working with him. Nick L
Andrey K is our property manager at Celski. We have just moved into a home that the management company has recently acquired…we are the first tenants. We love the property but as expected, several issues come to light once you move in and start living. Things like toilets leaking, fans separating from the ceiling, door locks malfunctioning, and sprinklers needing to be adjusted immediately after moving in. We made maintenance request and the issues were addressed quickly. Andrey, Brooke, and Nicki have all been extremely helpful in acknowledging maintenance needs through their online portal and coordinating repairs. Andrey is diligent about addressing maintenance needs in a timely manner and their assigned contractors have been friendly and accommodating. As previous home owners, we treat homes like they are ours and find value in property management representatives that understand homes need maintenance…things happen with time as homes age. More importantly both owners and tenants need fair and quality support and representation…finding a balance in that is necessary for long term owner/property management/tenant relationships. Too many companies are disrespectful to their clients and charge tenants while living there or even moving out for normal wear and tear or concerns/damage that previously existed. This company so far has been true to their word in addressing issues and responding even on holiday weekends. Thanks to the team at Celski for your recent customer service!
This is the worst property management company ever. We lived in one of their properties for one a half years and were very respectful tenants. Paid rent on time every month. When we moved out, they pulled one over us on the security deposit and not only didn’t give any of it back, but charged us $500 on top. They tried to charge us for "missing doorstops" that had pictures proving they were never there in the first place. They also charged me $250 for a cabinet that I had put in several maintenance requests for during my time living there, that broke due to normal wear and tear. During the walk through, Brooke Lawrence told me not to worry about several things, as they were "normal" and I wouldn’t get charged for them, including the carpet, and then charged us for them. She also ripped down all of the blinds, which were broken when I moved in, and said that because I had no proof, even though she failed to take photos of them when we moved in, that we had to pay for them. This company is BS and doesn’t care about their tenants even when they are good tenants and don’t give them any problems. All they care about is money and screwing you over when you move out. Oh and also, our dumpster was lit on fire during our time living there which they never bothered to replace. And the power went out continuously which took them months to fix. I do not recommend this property management company to anyone.
What is with celski? I called today because they manage our HOA, I asked to speak to the manger for my neighborhood, the person answering the proceeds to ask what i needed, i tried to explain because I have a $2 balance ( I missed the increase in fees) I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged a late fee, like I have in the past and I wanted to make sure I didnt need to make an immediate payment (with the additional payment fees) since my auto payment is coming out next week. The lady was SO rude, when I was trying to answer her question she told me to stop talking over her or she would hang up. She then hung up on me. I called back immediately and she answered yelling that she would not be talking to me if I wouldn't let her explain how my payment was being taken out each month, etc. That was not what I called about, I didnt need it broke down idiot style, I just didnt want a late fee. I didnt catch her name but she seemed to be the one who handles our hoa. I was hoping she was just having a bad day and isn't usually THAT unprofessional but after speaking with several people in the neighborhood, she is just a rude, nasty person and there are reviews going back more then 5 months with others experiencing this same behavior. Why do I now have to fear that I will be verbally attacked if I call this office? Terrible customer service that this person is allowed to talk to customers in such a manner much less hang up in them
Shade Orr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me with my HOA dues and payment management. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Completely Disappointed. My son and his roommates moved out of one of your properties. Myself and my husband went to help. I personally cleaned out the refrigerator. It was clean. We saw no visible damage and the walk through was fine. Now all of a sudden there was food in the frig and repairs had to be made to eat up their deposit. I know it was a lie because I cleaned the frig myself. I’d like to see pictures of the damage and the food in the frig.
I had to relocate to another part of the state for a new job opportunity. Mike was invaluable; he dedicated time to talk about various locations with me. He was also open to conducting video tours of every property I was interested in. Whenever I encountered difficulties, he was there with answers. Mike exceeded expectations to ensure my move was seamless, showcasing his professionalism throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike Corrado at Celski and Associates.
