If you’re a father battling for custody I wouldn’t go here. Each and every court battle was zero effort from Tom. He will just suggest whatever deal screws you the least and to go with the flow.

Won't give me a payment receipt for a retainer I paid. Who would think contacting the bar association for something so silly would be needed. Father and son both failed in a family case and gave hardly any effort. This place is definitely about money and getting no results done. Also Ben Anderson will lie straight to your face even if you pay his business to have business.

What a great experience with a law firm from the attorneys right down the the office staff. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work Tom did for me and wouldn't want anyone else to represent me! He worked so hard to get me a great settlement in my divorce and succeeded. Pam & Bridget in the office are also fabulous! All the work was done in a timely manner and all my questions were promptly answered via phone call and/or email.
