Tienen buen servicio y te tratan muy bien pero todo es marketing, si tienen mucho dinero para invertir siganle con ellos, lo peor que pueden hacer es darles su no. De tarjeta de banco porque en automático te la ban a dejar en 0 cobran por cada minuto de llamada, por cada email esto hace que la comunicación con la paralegal no sea buena porque hasta por respirar te cobran. Yo les pagué $7,000 por solo contestar una contrademanda, te alargan las cortes para seguirte cobrando y si llegas a la corte te piden $10,000 yo salí corriendo y los despedi porque acabaron con mis ahorros, ni siquiera te avisan cuando te van a cobrar, de pronto ves como se toman en dinero de tu cuenta y te la van a dejar en 0. Si eres una persona adinerada síguele aquí si no alejate.

Hace poco busque acesoria legal y me recomendaron esta oficina legal por lo que me atendio Fransheska, hizo un excelente trabajo del cual tiene mucho profesionalismo y conocimiento del cual me resolvió de mis dudas, recomiendo esta empresa legal.

Not sure where to start. From the absolute lack of communication to the constant cash grab...this place is horrible. You can never get a hold of anyone in the Kingwood office as well as anyone in the finance office. They charge you for every phone call, email or text when you do actually get in contact with someone. They told me this case would be about $5,000 but not much more than that. The cost has tripled . I made a payment plan with Alicia and the lawyer while in a meeting about my case. Both agreed that the payment of $500/month was fine. When I tried to call Alicia I can never get in touch with her. She dodges calls and never returns them. So instead of paying the $500/month as agreed upon, they took $500 plus another $1000 from my account. I hand delivered papers to the Kingwood office that THEY requested and I was charged $200 for that. All they did was make copies of about 15 sheets of paper. Supposedly the lawyer and the paralegals have meetings about my case but none of it is ever communicated to me BUT they do make sure to charge me for it. I have to pay for the time of the lawyer and each paralegal that is in that meeting. This place will scam you. Just look at their reviews on BBB. At this point I'm owed about $10k.
