JoAnn was my 2nd attorney after a horrible experience with a different one who made a lot of promises and just took my money. JoAnn however, was an incredible attorney . She helped guide me through a very difficult divorce with an abusive partner. She never failed to communicate with me and give me a good understanding of what was going on.

Personally, Jo Ann was opposing counsel in my pro se case in juvenile court which was just deemed the wrong jurisdiction. It didn't bother her to make up lies and ruin my life to take my kids away forever. Professionally she is a good attorney. She knows her stuff. No doubt the students she teach will gain a lot of knowledge from her. She can cross examine like no other attorneys. She's a bulldog. If you want a fighter who doesn't give up and have the money, then hire her. If you're on the opposing side reading about her, get ready for a fight.

We used Blair Kennedy for the adoption of our son. She was amazing through the entire process. She was always very informative and held my hand the whole time. I’m a very "need to know now" type of person and she always answered my questions in a timely manner and made me feel at ease about the whole adoption process. The staff was always very nice and helpful too. Anytime I needed anything they were always willing to help. Blair helped to make our dream of becoming parents a reality. Also, the fees for this process was very reasonable for the amazing services that were provided. If we ever decide to do another adoption and need an attorney, Blair is our top choice! Ms. Bodie was an obvious choice for the step-parent adoption of our child, after meeting with several other area family law attorneys.
